ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Vanessa R. Pittman is a New York City native. When she was younger, she dreamed of becoming a writer and being financially independent. Though Vanessa was derailed from that dream, she has always been a go getter and dedicated to her profession in radio media upon graduation from Kingsborough Community College in 1987. Fast forward a few years later due to downsizing, Vanessa found herself in law enforcement which has made her professional life extremely rewarding. Vanessa retired as a civilian from the New York City Police Department after 32 and ½ years and is a 9/11 Survivor. This book will be the first of many to come to foster healing with any trauma people may be experiencing in their lives.
