    For the last 22 years, Chetoca Barfield has been an Operational Leader within the Financial Sector. Having built and lead successful operational teams her career path opened the door of helping others navigate their career transitions and promotions, and plan for long-term career goals. Overtime, mentoring was no longer about career development, but about helping individuals navigate life challenges.
    Chetoca has been a Christian since the age of 10. While walking with Christ hasn't always been perfect the journey has always been worth it. It is through her attendance at Sunday school and the teachings of her Sunday School teacher that Christ became relatable to Chetoca.

    These experiences have led Chetoca to mentor others through their life challenges by teaching them how to apply biblical principles and truths to everyday situations for the last 15 years.
    Chetoca was born, raised, and currently resides in Eastern North Carolina where she has been married to her college crush of 19 years and spends a whole lot of time allowing their mini dachshund to rule them both.
