Following an honorable discharge from the United States Army, Mr. Strazz joined a New York-based Holding Company. Progressing from Plant Management to Sales Engineering and Marketing, he eventually ascended to the roles of CEO and Group Vice President, overseeing Mergers and Acquisitions.

After departing from corporate life, he embarked on the journey of starting his first company followed by two more. Under his guidance these enterprises achieved top-tier recognition, placing them among the top five percent in their respective industries.

Notably, he invented a groundbreaking lighting component essential to various Automotive Manufacturers, which led to his ability to retire at a young age. He attributes his success to his non-traditional management methods. He has also shared his insights as a guest speaker at local Universities and Colleges and has been featured in promotional videos for various organizations.

After retirement, he traveled extensively across Europe, complementing his achievements as a Commercial Rated Pilot flying business class jets in addition to being an accomplished Equestrian.
