What inspired you
to author this book?
In my corporate world experience, I noticed that many people with
great potential fail to unleash their true potential. I always used to wonder
why it happened. Unfortunately, I also went through a rough career patch that
few people know about, and I was in the same boat. This book is about what I
did to bounce back and take charge of my dreams. According to Gallup 2022
employee engagement report, only 32% of Corporate America employees are engaged
with their employers. My book could inspire the remaining 68% of Corporate
America employees.

Who has been the
most significant influence on you personally and as a writer?
My parents have been the greatest influencers in my life. Whatever
and wherever I am today is due to their continuous support and guidance. My
mother, Dr. Shakuntala Sharma, is an avid writer; her articles appear in the
local newspaper weekly (Ujjain, India). She is all about sharing her knowledge
with the community. This thought process of my mother was the most significant
influence on me to become a writer. However, I will say that I am a public
speaker who writes.
