ABOUT THE AUTHOR
W. Lawrence Nash is a product of the deep snow winters of the Niagara region of southern Ontario, Canada. He began his writing career as a reporter and columnist for the local newspaper at age 16. Today he is a creative force in modern fiction, wrapping fantastic science in the noir ambiance of traditional mystery and intrigue. His works feature riveting dialogue, creating high-tension drama as well as heart-warming comedic and human moments.

He has worked in the putrescent malaria-infested swampland of Guyana, on their piranha-filled Mazaruni and Orinoco Rivers as well as in the high Jungle of the Peruvian Andes.
He is a graduate of the University of Toronto and a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science as well as a past member of the Cognitive Neuroscience Society. Dr. Nash lives in the hinterland of British Columbia. He is the father of three wonderful grown-up girls, and he Dragonboats and sings, often simultaneously.
