Tell your readers a little about yourself, where you grew up, where you live now, where you went to school etc. Let them get to know the personal you.

I grew up in upstate NY, and I now live outside Miami, FL. I did my undergraduate and graduate work at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA.

My story around the technique:

I am a head trauma survivor and a lifelong student of personal development for over 20 years. For the first 8 years of my life growing up, I was a happy-go-lucky kid. Then one day, everything changed.

I was hit with a chunk of ice and fractured my skull. I received medical care just in time, otherwise, I would have died. Luckily, I was ultimately ok physically.

But emotionally, I was in a rough place. I felt crippling anxiety, especially social anxiety. I lost friends, and loneliness crept in. When bad things happened, I couldn't let go of them in my mind. The anxiety, shame, and bad memories just kept accumulating.

I tried everything to let go of this.

Therapy, energy healing, meditation, and many books and courses cost thousands of dollars overall. While some things helped a little bit, nothing changed much. Then it hit me. I realized what I was missing and developed a technique around it to finally let go of this fear. And it worked. I was able to let go of the fear in under 5 minutes consistently and with ease. This made it much easier to take action and manifest my dreams. I found my dream job, doubled my income, and married the woman of my dreams, but most importantly, felt both peaceful and in control. The fear and bad memories don't haunt me anymore.

And I know this is just the beginning.

SAVE MY SPOT!

What were your struggles or obstacles you had to overcome to get this book written?

I had to overcome my own fear of putting myself out there and not knowing if others would resonate with my message. I used my own teachings and technique to do this, and it worked.

Tell your readers about your book.

I introduce the Fear to Freedom Technique as a framework through which to understand fear. I then walk readers and listeners through the two key decisions required to let go of fear quickly and easily, and finally the simple method that releases fear or any other negative emotion in 5 minutes or less. I conclude by sharing the broad applications of this technique and answering frequently asked questions.

Who is your target audience, and why?

What do you consider your greatest success in life?

My greatest success comes from the people I have helped in some way, whether through my family, this technique, my job, or others in need. My greatest success is measured by how much I have helped others, particularly those less fortunate.

What one unique thing sets you apart from other writers in your genre?

Unlike others in the personal development genre, I do not gloss over or minimize the true causes of fear or other negative emotions but provide a compelling case for our understanding and ability to move past them that is easier than others I have read.
