ABOUT THE AUTHOR

John Donkers works full-time as a quality and compliance manager in manufacturing, and is well known as a loving father and grandfather. He loves to cook and host family cookouts and bonfires at his home.

His book FISH POTATOES is inspired by one of his six grandchildren, the brilliant and beautiful Lilly, who has spent her young life entertaining her family and filling them with laughter. When not writing or working at his day job, John can be found volunteering or doing what he loves most - spending time with his grandchildren at parks, on the trampoline, enjoying a fun game of Hide and Seek near his home, and attending the children's many events. John makes his home in Owatonna, Minnesota.
