My book review:
I was writer's blocked up, but the exercises in this book helped me to focus on telling my story. I really wasn't expecting that. On a side note, that script though! Stronger When She's Broken needs to be a movie. I mean ooo-wee and wow!

I thought was just going to be a book about screenwriting, but it’s so much more. That script really moved me. The exercises are very helpful. That script should be an audiobook or a flick.

I have read several books on the subject of writing, and I’m glad I added Screenwriting for Storytellers. The step-by-step, very detailed instructions are easy to follow, and the directions are followed by a screenplay of the author’s own, which makes this educational, self-help book entertaining. I especially found helpful the information on story length preference for a screenplay, since I lean toward short story writing myself. I’m not sure yet if screenwriting is something I’ll jump into, but if I do, this book will be on my desk, guiding me through the process. I highly recommend it.

First and foremost I have to say thank you SD Moore, I am a current film student and this book alone has helped me navigate the film industry, 2 plus years in school couldn’t do that. I love the example script in the book it’s probably my favorite part of the book because it helps you to physically understand what language Hollywood and the film industries are looking for when writing and submitting a script to them. This is most definitely a “MUST READ”

This book is a must have!! Nothing short of SD Moore's amazing ability to capture life events and transcribe them in words. A heartfelt, life journey; "Stronger when she's Broken," ... I too found myself reflecting, once upon a time, in a dark place, but that dark place is where I found my strength to pick myself up and carry on!

This book is perfect for beginner and experienced screenwriters. It details everything you need to know with out getting lot in too much information. It is a nice addition to my books from school and a new go to for quick advice. It’s also a nice touch to include a finished script in the book for us to be able to see what a finished product looks like!
