Are you ready to grow your business?

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5...

Everyone knows what that means on New Year's Eve; and the countdown has come. The great news is that I am on a mini-vacay in Orange Beach, AL to ring in 2020. Now, you know why I chose the beach banner.

Every year I set my New Year's resolutions and every year, I break them. I am determined not to do that this year. In fact, one of my resolutions is to concentrate more on my writing and growing my publishing company Absolute Author Publishing House. If you're an author and seeks a publishing company check us out. There are many benefits.

With wanting to grow my business, I cam across a gem of a book to help me. If you are an entrepreneur and desires to grow your business in 2020, I highly recommend this book. Take a look and meet the author.

Why Won't My Business Grow?

Steps For Sustainable Business Growth

Tell your readers a little about yourself, where you grew up, where you live now, where you went to school etc. Let them get to know the personal you.
My name is Barion McQueen. I am a digital marketing expert, branding specialist and business consultant. I was born in Newark, Delaware and now live in sunny South Florida. I attended the University of Delaware for Civil Engineering and dropped out after my junior year. Raised by a single mother who did her best to raise me on her own, I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit from a young age.
What inspired you to author this book?

What inspired me to write this book is because I meet with a lot of business owners, and I feel that they lose track of ultimate business growth. Some business owners get too comfortable with their businesses maintaining instead of increasing year to year.

Where did you get the inspiration for your book’s cover?

Honestly, that was more of a direction from my creative director. I get out of the way and let them do what they are best at. My team at The Brand Castle is some of the best creatives in the world.

Who has been the most significant influence on you personally and as a writer?

My most significant influence on me personally as a writer would have to be my mother. Everything I do I always want to make my mother proud. She did everything she could to provide for me as a single mother. So in everything I do, I want always to make sure that I am representing my mother correct and always want to be a son that she is proud of.

What were your struggles or obstacles you had to overcome to get this book written?

Some of the struggles were actually getting started on writing the book. This is the first book I have ever written so it can be super overwhelming thinking about the technical aspects of writing a book.

Tell your readers about your book.

Growing any business is tough. So I figured I would help break down this for business owners and give them a simple guide to growth hacking. Half of entrepreneurship is perseverance, so this book will teach you the rest.

Who is your target audience, and why?
My target audience is anyone who is an entrepreneur, business owner, realtor, self-employed, startups, etc. Because no matter which level you are in business, you will be able to find value in the information I am providing.
What do you consider your greatest success in life?

Honestly, my greatest success would be marrying my wife. As a serial entrepreneur, it is vital to have a support system and a person who continuously has your back as you go through an entrepreneurial journey.

What one unique thing sets you apart from other writers in your genre?

I think the one thing that sets me apart is that I am not someone who is providing information based on statistics and informational data. My knowledge is from real-life experiences and being an employee for businesses first before I became the owner of my companies.
