Most will never truly understand what it is to go to war with yourself when in love with a narcissist. I’ve gone so far down the rabbit hole to only ever get a glimpse of the light of day. I traveled a long way to find the woman I am today. I am a survivor of narcissistic abuse, and this is my story.
I had an entrepreneurial spirit-focusing on my new career as a Massage Therapist and a licensed Esthetician. I also was a singer/performer and wrote my own songs. My lifelong goal was to become a Cardiac Ultrasound Sonographer. I had all the goals and driven spirit to accomplish them.
And then, I met him. What started as the most intense love I had ever felt in my life, turned into my worst nightmare. I lost myself when I was with him. I had no identity. I identified as he wanted me to. I became what he needed me to become and then he hated me for that very identity.
So here I am, telling my story. Everything he did to me made me strong enough to write this book-and made me into the warrior I am today.
