I
am a native of Las Vegas, NV and I currently reside in my native. I attended
graduate school at University of Denver obtaining a MBA in Business and
Carnegie Mellon University - Heinz College obtaining a MPH in Public Health
Policy.
What
inspired you to author this book?
After
reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert T. Kiyosaki. I felt the need to advocate
to the black community on the importance of financial literacy, financial
independence and building wealth through investing in assets, real estate
investing, starting and owning businesses, as well as increasing one's
financial intelligence.
Where
did you get the inspiration for your book’s cover?
I
sought a book cover that would be intriguing to the reader's eye.
Who
has been the most significant influence on you personally and as a writer?
My
mother who always instilled in me that I can be whatever I want to be in life.
She is the steer and motivation in my life who continues to instill in me as an
adult that sacrifice, and determination is the “golden key” to success.
What
were your struggles or obstacles you had to overcome to get this book written?
As
being a serial entrepreneur and owning several businesses. I felt as though
the biggest struggle I had was the time to finish this book.

Thank
you to my family & friends who believed I had a story to tell. I wrote my
book with brutal honesty empathizing money, power and respect.

is your target audience, and why?
Between
the ages of 18-44.
What
do you consider your greatest success in life?
My
greatest professional achievement was completing my bachelor's degree in 3.5
years with a 3.8 GPA. ... I'm proud of this accomplishment and I feel that what
I learned is going to give me a big advantage in my career now.
What
one unique thing sets you apart from other writers in your genre?
Possessing
Empathy and Self-Awareness. Relating my background to this book.
