Everything with our bodies is affected from our spirit and soul to our mindset and body. We need to understand not only how our body is created but also how it works.

Who is your target audience, and why?
I didn’t really have a target audience when I started writing this book so now that it’s written I suppose my target would be young women because we’re always wanting to be better at what we do. Women are more concerned I think than men in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

What do you consider your greatest success in life?
My greatest success is becoming a Child of God and He’s my whole reason for living. Without Him, I couldn’t do what I’m doing in writing this book.
Other than that, my greatest success is loving others and being willing to help
anyone in my path.

What one unique thing sets you apart from other writers in your genre?
I’ve always loved helping people and I wrote this book to help others. I want people to learn from my experiences because I have a story to tell. I’m not writing just to become an author I’m writing to help others.
