Do you suffer from insomnia? Learn more at Sleep Bar

Dear Readers:

I am an insomniac! I don't know if that is a good or bad thing, but when my brain is on "Fire," I can't sleep. I've tried everything. One thing I learned is that insomniacs need help to go to sleep. That's why I love Sleep Bar Blog. Look at the many topics covered:

  • What is sleep hygiene?
  • What if I can't sleep?
  • Your bedroom's voice.
  • The sleep "Bridge."
  • The rhythm of good sleep.

and more.

I had a chance to interview the blogger Samuel Pollen. I hope you enjoy it and learn how to get a good night's rest with Sleep Bar. Visit his blog and subscribe to get new posts directly to your inbox.

Tell your readers a little about yourself, where you grew up, where you live now, where you went to school etc. Let them get to know the personal you.

I struggled with bipolar for many years. I was in and out of jail and mental hospitals. Then I decided to fix my sleep. And that saved my life. I now lead a productive life with several businesses and more on the way. I'm happy. I'm stable. I'm the best version of myself. And that is the importance of REM sleep.

What inspired you to author this blog?

My life story.

What do you consider your greatest success in life?

My charity in India. Going on Indian TV and talking about how to stop hunger.

What one unique thing sets you apart from other writers in your genre?

I'm both a Rabbi and a Lawyer and an author, a philanthropist, a musician, and a debater. I think it's rare to have all of those things. I can do all those things, but just don't ask me to fix something around the house because I'm clueless.
