Your Power to Change by Kyle Charles Becker is a practical tool you can use to reshape your subconscious. Although Becker offers some tools which you may have heard before, he also offers fresh insight that I'm really thankful to have encountered. And I think you might feel the same.
Becker doesn't offer any fast track to success. If you want to go on this journey with him, you must be willing to start from the very beginning.
He asks you to take a look at the fears and beliefs which limit your growth. His techniques help you gain control of toxic thoughts, and instead of telling you who you should want to be, he guides you to your own idea of a better self. Becker has clearly been a student of the genre and has discovered an effective program of change throughout his studies, and now, he manages to communicate it clearly with this book.
Each chapter involves a very personal and simple discourse on what he aims to provide his readers, then a list of takeaways followed by charts and exercises that you should ideally complete in order to move onto the next section. Becker holds you accountable, and since each chapter is connected to the next, it wouldn't do you any good to move on without taking a considerable amount of time to work through each challenge.
