CAPTAIN NOAH'S ZOO

Tell your readers a little about yourself, where you grew up, where you live now, where you went to school etc. Let them get to know the personal you.

Hello, my name is Michael Price... I grew up and live in Massillon, Ohio. And I have discovered that I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Writing children's books!!!😁

What inspired you to author this book?

Ummm....A very abnormal imagination!😁

Where did you get the inspiration for your book’s cover?

Worked on it with my illustrator, we've got the "SEA PICKLE" resting on the beach, with some animals on it and some on the beach.... Oh yeah, and Captain Noah in his chair with his coconut cup!!!!

Who has been the most significant influence on you personally and as a writer?

That's a good question! I'll get back to you....

What were your struggles or obstacles you had to overcome to get this book written?

Well, didn't really have any… Actually my illustrator and myself had A LOT of fun putting the whole Project together!!!

Oh yeah, REVISIONS.. Ugh!!! Not for my illustrator, but for the publisher... I had no idea it took so long to publish a book!!!

We had the whole file put together, the whole book -- the Cover, all the images and scenes inside... EVERYTHING!!!

So when they told me 8 to 10 months, kind of caught me off guard.

So other than the revisions, in it the time it took to publish the book.. We had A-blast!!!!

Tell your readers about your book.

Well there's Captain Noah And all his vegetarian animals that he was taking to their new zoo, When the SEA PICKLE broke down and they drifted to an island.. Nicknamed: ZOO ISLAND...

Let the chaotic adventures I begin!!!!!
😁🌴

Who is your target audience, and why?

Well, it's kind of hard to say, I've had construction workers laughing their butts off at the scenes I was coming up with at work... But I also wanted a little baby to be able to crawl up to it and be mesmerized with a little grin on their face.

What do you consider your greatest success in life?

Captain Noah's Zoo of course!!!😁

What one unique thing sets you apart from other writers in your genre?

Originality
