What inspired you to author this book?

I was interested in writing stories as a small child. Once I took up playing baseball that became my passion. Writing took a back seat over those years. When I reached forty, I had a calling to speak to people about faith and how our faith is tested on a daily basis but God will guide us through all our trials if only we let him.

Where d you get the inspiration for your book’s cover?

That is a picture of me playing catch with my father before he passed away when I was eleven years old.

Who has been the most significant influence on you personally and as a writer?

Personally, would be the Lord, Mom, and Dad. As a writer my college professor. for creative writing even though I was an accounting major Lol.

Tell your readers about your book.

A test of Faith is not about an extraordinary man who overcomes adversity. It is about an extraordinary God who will guide us through our trials and tribulations if only we will let him.

Who is your target audience, and why?

This book is for anyone who wants to read a true story and be inspired about how God's love can help us endure everything that life hands us as he carries us through all the turmoil of our pain.

What do you consider your greatest success in life?

That is an easy one. It is a two-part answer to my relationship with God and my family.

What one unique thing sets you apart from other writers in your genre?

This is a very difficult question. I will say that there are probably a lot. more experienced writers with higher qualifications than myself. My strength is my relationship with the Lord. I do not arrogantly quote scripture I just calmly walk and talk with God on a daily basis. He is always on my right-hand side to guide me in every thought and deed. I talk with Him on the deck or in the kitchen or anywhere and in time of need or not. I think the misconception is that most people or a lot of people only talk to God when they need or want something. So, does my relationship with God make me unique? I am not saying. other writers are like that.
