Genetics Isn't Everything: How to Make Your 'G-e-n-e-s' Fit by Katherine S. Egan

Oh, boy! The holiday season is here. I love spending time with my family, but what I don't like is all of the food and weight gain. This year has been difficult for me as I have had to have my gallbladder removed and then became ill. However, I did manage to change my diet and my exercise routine and lost 24 pounds. Needless to say, I am not looking forward to putting on any of the weight I lost. It takes dedication to alter your eating habits and exercise. This brings me to today's book, "Genetics Isn't Everything: How to Make Your 'G-e-n-e-s' Fit You," by Katherine S. Egan. Her book is fabulous for all of us trying to do the right thing for our bodies. Please enjoy learning about the book.

ABOUT THE BOOK

Sixteen women went against all advice. Their doctors. Their families. Their friends.

They had to.

Their lives were at stake.

They changed their habits. They changed their diets. They practiced self-care.

And they healed their bodies. Some from so-called 'incurable' diseases.

What are you waiting for?
