In my life, I once put an enormous amount of effort into trying not to inconvenience others while pursuing my dreams. What I have been learning is to see the value of my curious playful heart and use it to create a more expansive experience of living. By shifting my perspective to define for myself who I am, what I need, what I want, and what I know myself worthy of, was the birthplace of trust and faith in myself.

Life is messy but, in the messiness, I found some of the most amazing hearts and connections.
