Captivating and from the heart GG Dimeo takes you on a journey that will touch your own truth. Struggling to understand how to approach our own feelings and what to do with them, starting from childhood is a limbo I certainly can relate to. A touching and emotional read that made me say, “yes, I’ve been there.” It’s so easy to forget how to love ourselves and put ourselves first. I recommend this book as it is a glimpse into an emotional journey that presents tools and possibilities, to help one move forward and out of a dark place, whether struggling with anxiety, depression or dysfunction. This book is a keeper and one to be shared.

I’m a writer and blogger that has made the decision to share my life lessons with others to offer understanding and hope to those that need it.

I am an eternal optimist, which seems like an odd statement from someone who has attempted suicide. Yet, it’s through that attempt that has helped me understand myself better. I am sharing my story to help others that are suffering, avoid choosing suicide as a solution. For additional life lessons and inspiration, check out my blog at
