Life, Hope, and Forgiveness is a well-written story that accurately reflects the title. I love that pictures are included as we travel the course of time. I recommend it.

What hit me hardest was the first part of her book, forgive the past. It's so easy to let the past cloud our present. After I absorbed the shock, her model to learn to love yourself and practice mindfulness has helped me appreciate life with more gusto. A must-read.
