Tell your readers a little about yourself, where you grew up, where you live now, where you went to school etc. Let them get to know the personal you.

I grew up in the Philippines and came to America with my mother; she has a Professional Visa, which allowed us to come to the USA. I currently live near the San Fransico Bay Area. I started a women’s networking group four years ago.

What inspired you to author this book?

This is an anthology book with chapter leaders from the Women’s Networking I started. I wanted them to tell their story that would be inspiring to the readers. This is also a giving book 80% of the proceeds will go to non-Profit.

Where did you get the inspiration for your book’s cover?

I have a word or two during the beginning of the year, and my word was MAD making a difference, and the book was one way I can make it happen.

Who has been the most significant influence on you personally and as a writer?

I would say John Maxwell.

What were your struggles or obstacles you had to overcome to get this book written?

Some of the obstacles would be with the book’s contributor to make sure they share their stories and have them declare a call to action for the readers and meet the time frame.

Tell your readers about your book.

This book is about eight women who live in the San Francisco area to share some of the challenges they face to get to where they are at their career level.

Who is your target audience, and why?

The ideal target audience will be women because the contributors are women who can relate to what is being shared in the book.

What do you consider your greatest success in life?

My most tremendous success is doing what I love -- being a coach, speaker, and trainer because I want to add value. It is not the definition most people might think of money is important, but to me, when I can add value and help someone shift their way of doing something that does not serve them is a success.

What one unique thing sets you apart from other writers in your genre?

Not sure I did not compare myself with anyone else, I just did it.
