Tell your readers a little about yourself, where you grew up,

I
am from Jackson, MS by the way of Atlanta GA. I grew up here in Georgia and
reside here now. I am married to a wonderful husband, and I have a nine-year-old
son. I first found my love for writing fiction stories back in middle school.
One of my friends was writing a love story and it intrigued me. I started
writing that same day. I have over 15 novels that I know can be a bestseller. I
just need help marketing them and getting them out there.
What inspired you to author this book?
Well,
I always read the novels or see in the movies where the man is obsessed, or the
woman is obsessed with the man just because. I wanted to switch it up and show
my audience that sometimes we put ourselves in these crazy situations. And I
think when you play with someone's heart, you are going to get your karma.

Where did you get the inspiration for your book’s cover?
I
just wanted something that showed vulnerability and also a woman since she is
the main character.
Who has been the most significant influence on you personally
and as a writer?
My
mother, she is such a strong woman. She is God-fearing, she was a faithful wife
and mother. She deserves the world. I want to give it to her. She has been the
best mother to me and my seven siblings. As a writer, I would say God. He
influenced me because he gave this gift to me. Sometimes I find myself in tears
because I am so humbled that he chose me to give such an imagination to. I just
want to share my thoughts with the world.

What were your struggles or obstacles you had to overcome to get
this book written?
Being
a wife and a mother. Sometimes you have to put your wants and desires on the
backburner in order to take care of home. Also, I have done the whole self-publishing
thing where I spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars to publish my work. I took
my time with this book to find the right publisher.
Tell your readers about your book.
When
Love Hates is a story about love, deceit, rage, and triumph. Zackary is a very
handsome young man who has his life in order. However, one day while helping a
friend, his world is turned upside down. Scared for his freedom, Zack flees his
hometown. He ends up in Tennessee to lay low. While there he meets a gorgeous
and sexy lady named Sicily. She and Zack soon hit it off and she becomes head
over heels for him. However back home Zack has someone working to help free his
name. When he returns home, Sicily has a hard time letting go. She will go
through the fire trying to get her man back. Will she be able to?
Who is your target audience, and why?
Anyone
who loves a great story. I want this book to be read by young women of all
races and men to show them what can happen when they play with women hearts.

What do you consider your greatest success in life?
Being
able to share my stories from imagination to the world. I love hearing when
people tell me what their favorite parts of my novels were. And how they
learned a lesson from reading it.
What one unique thing sets you apart from other writers in your
genre?
I
try to write books where you don't really know the outcome, I love leaving
cliff hangers so that my audience wants more.
