This is a book about the dynamics of change. I intend it to help those suffering or who feel trapped, yet also desire change and improvement to their quality of life. I intentionally, and to the best of my ability, made this book short and straightforward so that everyone from all states of life may benefit from its information. This book serves as a guide which will clarify and explain the path of positive change and ensure that the path is safe, joyful, and, most importantly, transformative. Additionally, I added simple techniques when applicable and would suggest to not underestimate them just because they appear to be simple and easy to do. Try it for yourself first! This book’s premise is that change is multifaceted, which means change is behavioral, relational, financial, psychological, and spiritual. In other words, for change to be effective, it needs to happen on behavioral, relational, financial, psychological and spiritual level. Why? Because these five areas are what make us human, and our fulfillment in life depends on our fulfillment of these areas. So, when you have a problem in your life, you will need to review the problem from these five areas. In my experience, I have never come across any problem that was not solved when I worked on these five areas simultaneously. Lastly, I believe that change doesn’t have to be painful. However, for change to be pleasurable, it needs to be understood, and helping you achieve that is the purpose of this book.
