What inspired you to author this book?


My experience in real estate an I noticed the need for real estate books that would assist new investors and project mangers with project oversight of their rehabs and construction projects.

Where did you get the inspiration for your book’s cover?


I just grew up in the industry and have a passion for real estate and want to help people.

What were your struggles or obstacles you had to overcome to get this book written?


Explaining to my reader how to oversee their own project and how to manage their contractor's. I had to put myself in their shoes and speak word my books from their learning perspective.

Having various leadership positions in the industry it has given me a boots on ground approach an I am about to view projects from the investor, corporate, onsite management and contractor lens to get analyze a rehab pretty fast and understand the cost control and profit gain of the rehab if done within budget by positioning the right teams.
