My
experience in real estate an I noticed the need for real estate books that
would assist new investors and project mangers with project oversight of their
rehabs and construction projects.

I
just grew up in the industry and have a passion for real estate and want to
help people.

were your struggles or obstacles you had to overcome to get this book written?
Explaining
to my reader how to oversee their own project and how to manage their
contractor's. I had to put myself in their shoes and speak word my books from
their learning perspective.
