REVIEWS

Filled with nuggets of real life experiences and truths, this book will inspire any woman suffering from anxiety and the all-consuming behavior it produces. In this world of false intimacy and detachment from our authentic selves, this book is a refreshing conversation with a friend.

This book takes a deep dive into the phycology of anxiety and the physical contributions and then, most importantly the healing. Statistics and studies funnel the reader into the devastation and staggering results of runaway anxiety. But then gently, persuasively, guides us into practical remedies that may not fit on a psychiatrist couch, and don’t use a prescription, but have a human angle that’s ripe with common since. Some of the suggestions, but not all, are forgiveness, exercise, self-awareness, acceptance, breathing, and the simplicity of breaking down your day with a list of chores and objectives. The book is filled with down to earth practical ways to deal with, and recognize the signs of anxiety, highly recommended.
