Dreams have always fascinated as I dream in full color, 3D, as if watching a movie; although I am usually a part of it. In fact, all of my novels came to me through dreams. So, when I came across today's BOOK OF THE DAY, "They Shall Dream Dreams: Prophetic Dreams in the 21st Century," by Dianne Latham Ferguson," I perked up. Oh, yes, a book about dreams! Take a look.

They Shall Dream Dreams: Prophetic Dreams in the 21st Century Kindle Edition

by Dianne Latham Ferguson (Author)

Have you ever had a recurring dream that was so vivid and so real that you were surprised to wake up and find that it had only been a dream?

Not unusual. Recurring dreams are very common and usually mean that there is something in your life that you’ve not acknowledged, that is causing stress or fear.

But what about recurring dreams that actually predict the future? Not everyone has a precognitive dream, and despite what skeptics say, many people have experienced prophetic dreams that have predicted the future. These dreams are not forced or able to be controlled. They are a spontaneous occurrence.

They Shall Dream Dreams: Prophetic Dreams in the 21st Century, by Dianne Latham Ferguson tells of her personal experience with prophetic dreams. Some that she’d had as a small child. One of them predicting 9/11 and other life-changing events in her life. Coincidence? You decide.

No one can deny that our world is in turmoil. Those of us who have lived for any length of time have seen things that we’ve never seen before. What does it all mean? What can we expect next? Have you ever asked yourself, “Where is God when I am hurting?” or “Why does God allow these things?”

Many of these questions are addressed in the powerful book, They Shall Dream Dreams: Prophetic Dreams in the 21st Century. Download your copy today on Amazon!

5.0 out of 5 stars Well-written Glimpse into Dreams.

Reviewed in the United States on January 7, 2020

They Shall Dream Dreams: Prophetic Dreams in the 21st Century is an interesting book. Visions and dreams are very subjective, indeed. I think Dianne L. Ferguson and June M. Saunders do an excellent job of mixing in classical literature as they strive to explain the unexplainable.

The stories in the beginning of the book are told from a 1st person, historic perspective. When the author tells the stories of seeing her grandmother and baby brother in vital moments in their lives; it’s a risky proposition. The author risks losing the reader right away.

But then the author investigates experiences like waking dreams, that everyone has; regardless of beliefs. It’s as if the dreamer is touching another dimension. Paranoia is also mentioned. By referring to these and using Shakespeare and Poe, the author moves from preachy into humble admission that Christianity is based on faith.

Consequently, the book appeals to anyone searching for answers as it pertains to dreams.

I really enjoyed reading about terminal lucidity. Reading of the concept almost gives the reader a glimpse into what comes next.

I really liked this book, and would recommend it to anyone interested in learning about dreams.

About  Dianne Latham Ferguson

Growing up in Pittsburgh, PA, I never quite felt like I fit in. Although a good student, I was not a fan of high school. Soon after completing my education at Penn State with a Law Enforcement major, I moved to New York. She found The Big Apple to be a perfect fit!

Now a widow and a mother of two beautiful daughters, an amazing granddaughter and a wonderful step-son, when I’m not pecking away on my laptop, I enjoy traveling with my kids, spending time at the ocean, reading and spoiling my Chihuahua rescue, Chloe Louise. Lately I’m obsessed with growing beautiful ‘Mother-In-Law Tongue’ plants!
