Pacific Northwest Author Leanne Kabat Releases New Book
“The 5 Seasons of Connection to Your Love Partner”

New Book Can Rescue Your Relationship and Stop the Cycle of Conflict and Contempt, Fighting and Frustration.

Sammamish, WA— September  9, 2020 Right now, relationships are under tremendous stress and strain. People are more fed up, scared, and disconnected from their partners than ever before. Thankfully, there is a breakthrough system that guides people back to love, laughter, long conversations, and a deepening in all seven areas of intimacy.  The 5 Seasons creator and author Leanne Kabat published her third book in The 5 Seasons series called “The 5 Seasons of Connection to Your Love Partner.” This extraordinary guide helps couples understand their dark, cold Winter seasons of fighting and frustration, conflict and contempt, then reveals the most profound Spring Cleaning exercises to clear away damaging patterns and behaviors to reveal fresh, new strategies to bring relationships to their best season: the intimate, loving, joyful days of Summer. This book also exposes the slippery slope of Fall with all the early signs that Winter is coming back, and the power of the Crossroads, the fifth season, where we learn how we make the decision to choose the path to Winter or choose the path to Summer with our love partner every single time. In this easy-to-read yet profound book, couples master all five seasons to nurture deeper love and more trusting intimate interactions.  This book also covers attachment styles, communication strategies, core values, true blocks to sex, and how personality-type plays a role in your relationship.

The paperback and e-book are now available (https://www.amazon.com/author/leannekabat).

The other books in the series include “The 5 Seasons of Connection to Your Child,” and “The 5 Seasons of Connection to Your Business Brilliance.”

About the Author

In 2017, Leanne Kabat posted a video on Facebook to help 50 women in 50 days do anything they needed as a leadup to MamaCon, the Pacific NW’s premier lifestyle conference for moms. The video was viewed over 5000 times, and in the end, she helped 72 women in five countries on four continents, thanks to the reach of social media. Together these strangers became friends as they built business plans, created chore charts, and talked about work-life balance, but mostly, these women wanted to know how to do life better because they felt like they were constantly failing their families and themselves.

Leanne understands this feeling because in 2006, she suffered a brain crash and was given five years to live. She often felt like she was failing her family. She created the 5 Seasons strategies to stay deeply connected to the people and projects she loved the most, while teaching everyone how to lead with love. She was devastated she wouldn’t be around to give her kids the world, so she vowed to visit 50 countries before she turned 50 to show her kids the world. Fourteen years after her first brain crash, they have explored 49 countries, and Leanne stays busy writing, speaking internationally, and coaching people on living fully in their 5 Seasons Life.
