Tell your readers a little about yourself, where you grew up, where you live now, where you went to school etc. Let them get to know the personal you.
I grew up in India and graduated in Chemistry and then came over to the US to do my Masters and Doctorate. As an answer to a vision shown by God, we went to a village in INDIA and PLANTED A CHURCH and a K-10 SCHOOL for the children who would not have gone to school otherwise. Over the years, the school has educated about 2000 children, and the ministry still goes on.
Children have been my burden always, and I believe if we take care of today’s children, then we have a better nation tomorrow.
What inspired you to author your book?
The pandemic has left all of us fearful and confused. Such a situation can affect even our spiritual life. We do not know what to pray and how to pray. The very purpose of this devotional and prayer journal is to guide us into a systematic prayer habit that will enable us to ‘Stay Afloat’ during the pandemic and every other crisis of life.
This book is also intended to lead you back to the time when families prayed together. Personal prayer is communion with God—a communion that results in a deep spiritual connection and offers benefits beyond measure. And when we pray with other people—especially with our spouse, parents, or children—prayer can also be a special form of communion with one another.
