VALDIMIRE: And the Viking Curse
An intriguing paranormal fantasy where double-headed creatures, a vile, lecherous, lesbian sorceress, evil witches, and mythical monsters lived amongst mortals.
A vampire hero with a destiny so great that he is haunted by his undead uncle and three witches…
He was once a royalty; now, he is a prisoner.
This is a compelling novel set in the Viking era, and it tells the story of a heroic young man whose destiny will take him far away from everything he loved.
Valdimire's fate was decided even before his birth that he would be cruelly separated from those he loved, but he would become a great ruler, and he will restore the lost glory of his Viking ancestors.
A resolution to survive….
Valdimire, the son of a Viking Prince and an Iceland princess, has to fight to stay alive. He is twelve-years-old when he meets his father for the first time. However, his father is cruelly murdered shortly after their reunion, and he becomes his undead uncle’s prisoner. He and his father’s surviving cabin crew are thrown into a dungeon. The seamen he has grown fond of were beaten, starved, and brutally killed.
He found strength in the memories of what his life used to be…
.
All he has left in the world is a prized helmet that used to belong to his mother. He endures many nights of starvation and years of torture. He comforts himself with the tales of the heroic deeds of his ancestors, which his mother used to tell him. The memories of his beautiful mother and his homeland strengthen him.
A curse or a twist of fate ….
Valdimire is rescued by an immortal martial artist, Master Zhang. Together, they would go on many adventures. When Valdimire walks into a trap and almost loses his life, Dracula transforms him into a vampire.
Will he fulfill his destiny? Can a vampire rule over mortals and will he see his beloved mother again?
It all began a long time ago during the worship of the arrival of the full moon when mortals flexibly combated with the supernatural to acquire dominant power, refuting their predestined fate by the gods and deciding their own will. There lived a clan of adventurers and noble savages somewhere in Northern Europe who raided, traded, and worked as mercenaries and multiplied through the act of building new colonies from conquered territories. They were warriors and seafarers, who created routes to the south through the Baltic and Norwegian Seas, and formed independent habitations through their navigating skills. There, amongst these strong and highly resilient men, ruled a more intrepid dynasty of feudal overlords, who were in all rank superior but reigned with the rest of the clan under its control. Their fame spread around, and beyond their European territories, as they were revered as the highest authority, rulers from other different tribes sojourned to pay homage and sought for advice cum support from them. Soon rose a progeny from this linage who, like his ancestors, exhibited extraordinary wit and took the lead as a trailblazer.
