Andres Striba was born in Cali, Colombia in 1980 but was raised in Queens, New York. During his teenage years, he moved back to Colombia for 2 years in order to perfect his Spanish, eventually moving back to Queens. He lived in very tough neighborhoods in both Colombia and New York, attributing his biggest victory in life, to never succumbing to their environments and staying out of trouble. He later moved to Fort Lauderdale where he finished his MBA at Nova Southeastern University in 2011.
Andres has had a very successful corporate career, where he has built new divisions from scratch that have led to job creation, exponential revenue growth, and leadership.
Coaching/Mentorship comes naturally to Andres, as he possesses a mindset that is tough as nails, a result of his upbringing. Whether he was teaching children in after-school programs, tutoring adults during his college years, coaching his son’s soccer teams through championships, guiding his family members/friends through life’s hardships; he always saw the potential in all human beings. “Every human has so much potential trapped on the inside,” and his job is simply to unlock it and let it be free!
